Neil Campbell

Neil has worked on advocacy, civil society and foundations for over two decades. He started his career managing the EU advocacy of a leading conflict prevention NGO before moving to the Open Society Foundations where he spent almost fifteen years developing EU and global advocacy campaigns, advising on advocacy strategies and structures, leading advocacy teams, and initiating advocacy partnerships with international organisations and nonprofits. For The Good Lobby, Neil advises on the connections and challenges between advocacy, funders and policy change, and is lead researcher on the ‘Impact Under Stress’ project. He holds an MA in International Studies and Diplomacy from SOAS at the University of London, and a BA from Durham University.
